About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and self-motivated sales professional to join our team and drive business growth across Australasia. As a Mobile Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with existing and new customers, and promoting our high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve budgeted sales and margin targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Maintain a clean and well-presented mobile store, adhering to Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Provide regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management.
- Implement monthly promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Review pricing to ensure competitiveness and meet current market demands.
- Attend sales meetings and tradeshows to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Current driver's license and ability to safely operate a mobile tool store.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to take ownership of your territory.
- Ability to administer tool warranties, process payments, and manage inventory effectively.
- A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
