Our company is building a next-generation global platform for distributed solar and storage, combining software as a service, marketplace, and embedded fintech services.

The Role

You will own the end-to-end fintech strategy, including payments, escrow, lending, trade credit, supply chain finance, insurance, and cross-border settlement.

You'll work closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure financial services become a core engine of growth for our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global fintech strategy aligned with our growth roadmap.
  • Build and scale a high-performing fintech team.
  • Lead design, launch, and scaling of financial products.
  • Manage partnerships with banks, PSPs, BNPL providers, and insurers across multiple regions.
  • Ensure global regulatory and compliance adherence.
  • Drive revenue, product adoption, and operational excellence.
Requirements

10+ years in fintech, payments, or marketplace financial services, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

Proven experience scaling payments, lending, or insurance products on e-commerce or cross-border platforms.

Deep knowledge of global payment systems, credit frameworks, and embedded finance.

Experience navigating multi-region regulations and compliance frameworks.

Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
