**Who are they?**

Our client is an Australian fintech that offers real-time payment solutions to help businesses automate how they receive, manage, and pay funds. They had an exceptional growth of 45% YoY and are looking for Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join the leadership team to drive further growth for many years to come. This person will be imperative in driving strategy across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success. It is also an exciting time to be joining to drive further expansion into new regions and new verticals.

**How will you contribute?**
- Lead, inspire and motivate the team to deliver on targets and objectives.
- Build key relationships with key clients and partners to increase revenue opportunities.
- Lead contract and commercial negotiations.
- Define and set the strategy and vision to drive commercial growth.
- Act as the client's brand ambassador to ensure the company is present in key verticals.

**What will you bring to the table?**
- At least 5 years strategic management of multiple functions including sales & marketing ideally at C-level.
- Favorable if you have been in strategic sales yourself previously.
- Proven track record of driving successful outcomes and meeting revenue targets for the business.
- Must have a strong background in financial services, payments or fintech.
- Additional bonus if you have experience in FX.
- Has the ability to set and develop strategy and performance initiatives.
- Have a well-established networking of Board and C-level executives.
- Ability to lead by example and be a great people leader.
