We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Club Wyndham Port Douglas. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Reception desk, ensuring efficient and effective operations, including greeting and registering of owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, and resolving any guest issues that may arise.
- Build, develop, train, and lead a high-performing team to promote exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems, with Opera preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Impeccable presentation and grooming standards, with the ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.
