Role Overview

We offer professional transaction advice and services to corporate, government, and private equity clients. Our goal is to create value for our clients, people, and society through strategic analysis, deal execution, and integration.

Our Transaction Strategy and Execution team helps clients achieve their strategic objectives in acquisitions and divestments. We cover various operational aspects, including value creation, synergy assessments, separation readiness, operational due diligence, and supporting the integration or separation process.

Key Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will support and deliver small- to medium-sized projects or components of large-scale complex projects. Some of your responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and presenting key deliverables to clients.
  2. Identifying key client risks, issues, and mitigating these ahead of time.
  3. Analysing and evaluating a company's financials.
  4. Managing engagement teams and leading by our values.
  5. Acting as the main point of contact to our clients.
  6. Reporting directly to Directors and Partners.
  7. Supporting business development activities.
  8. Collaborating widely with the broader division and other teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications We value diversity of background, skills, and experience in our team.

  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity, and creative thinking.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Driven, but with high emotional intelligence.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Transaction or organisational transformation experience is a plus.
