Director - Deal Advisory Tax Role

This is a leadership position with the Deal Advisory Tax team based in Perth.

The team works on significant transactions in the Australian market, covering industries including resources, private equity, infrastructure, property and financial services.

Your Opportunity

  • Tax due diligence for clients
  • Structuring advice on deal structures and fund structures
  • Transaction document review and tax model reviews
  • Post-deal integration and transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting tax due diligence and advising on deal structures
  • Reviewing transaction documents and providing tax insights
