Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tenant Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing tenant accounts and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with tenants to understand their financial situations and develop personalized account management plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage tenant accounts, including arrears and debt recovery.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a social welfare or real estate environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in numeracy and data analysis.
