Portfolio Manager - Tenants and Stakeholders

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on a private real estate investment company in Sydney CBD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operating and capital expenditure budgets, including reforecasting and reporting
  • Develop strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Conduct regular property inspections and meet with tenant representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Support lease negotiations, renewals, and market rent reviews to maximize portfolio value
  • Source and procure materials and furniture for fit-outs to enhance the quality of our properties
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in commercial, industrial, or residential property management is essential
  • A proven track record of managing a busy portfolio of 35 properties and 450 tenants is required
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are crucial
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to develop and maintain effective relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role
