Business Support Officer
Description:
Your new role as a Business Support Officer will involve delivering comprehensive administrative support, correspondence, and records management services. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of briefing papers, cabinet documents, parliamentary briefings, reports, and responses to ministerial enquiries.
- Providing records management services for all workflows associated with ministerial, parliamentary, cabinet, or other briefings.
- Undertaking research and analysis tasks.
- Maintaining effective internal and external customer relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in ministerial enquiries.
- A current National Police Clearance.
- Previous experience working in a government environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
