The role of Administrative Coordinator is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Learning and ensure the seamless operation of key learning programs.
This position is perfect for an experienced administrator who thrives on delivering comprehensive secretarial and administrative services.
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information for the Director of Learning
- Support key teaching and learning initiatives, assist in coordinating NAPLAN timeline, assist with new student enrolment, student learning support processes and assistance with reporting processes and programmes
- Coordinate and distribute student voice feedback and manage staff data
- Provide support for school functions, events, and other Senior School operations as required
The ideal candidate will possess excellent IT skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite, and will be comfortable working with bespoke database applications.

- Superior organisational and time management skills
- Able to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and build positive relationships with a diverse range of staff, parents, and students
