
Senior Administrative Coordinator

This is a dynamic and challenging role that involves providing proactive, confidential administrative support to senior leaders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, minutes and presentations that meet the needs of the business.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events and board or committee support as required.
Key responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines and maintaining effective systems for records, filing and document management. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to liaise with parents and other external stakeholders.
Requirements:- Proven administrative experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals. They will also be adaptable, flexible and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
