We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Officer to join our Communications directorate. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to provide critical support to the Director of Communications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level, confidential support to the Director, including:
- Executive and Administrative Support: Managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and preparing correspondence.
- HR and Project Coordination: Providing human resources support, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and minor projects research.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Liaising between the Director and senior executives, managing urgent requests, and informing the team of emerging issues.
- Operational Excellence: Overseeing administrative services, maintaining records, and developing policies to enhance efficiency.
We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in executive support, possessing:
- Expert-level diary management and secretariat support experience.
- A proactive approach, anticipating needs, and managing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
- A strong understanding of human resource processes and discretion handling sensitive information.
