As an Air Logistics Customer Service Representative, you will be based in Melbourne and play a key role in ensuring the retention of your allocated customer portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer shipments and provide proactive updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support customers during onboarding and assist with quotation management.
- Take ownership of customer accounts and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer data and integrate it into our internal systems.
- Develop operational relationships with customers and analyze performance metrics.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written. You should also be a strong problem solver and able to think outside the box.
Additionally, you will require strong computer skills and a willingness to learn our internal systems.
