The Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Therapist at Connect2Care, you will provide evidence-based services to people through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. You will work with clients with a range of disabilities, assessing and providing interventions to maximise their level of function, capacity, and social engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and provide interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities
  • Work within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement
  • Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications
  • Timely documentation and report writing
  • Manage a varied caseload
  • Meet company professional expectations
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
The New Grad Program

We have developed a New Graduate Program to support recent graduates entering the workplace. The program spans over 12 months and includes:

  • Weekly 1:1 supervision with your supervisor
  • Core competency skills training sessions
  • Fortnightly group mentoring sessions
  • Mental health drop-in sessions
  • Internal PD sessions
  • Shadowing opportunities with experienced clinicians
Requirements

  • Police Check and International Police Check (if applicable)

  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
