The Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide evidence-based services to people through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. You will work with clients with a range of disabilities, assessing and providing interventions to maximise their level of function, capacity, and social engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and provide interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities
  • Work within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement
  • Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields)
  • Timely documentation and report writing
  • Manage a varied caseload
  • Meet company professional expectations (e.g. meeting billables and effective client management)
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
  • Work across leading software platforms and online tools

The New Grad Program

We have developed a New Graduate Program to support recent graduates in acquiring the skills needed to launch their career. The program includes:

  • Weekly 1:1 supervision with your supervisor
  • Core competency skills training sessions
  • Fortnightly group mentoring sessions
  • Mental health drop-in sessions
  • Internal PD sessions
  • Shadowing opportunities with experienced clinicians
  • Opportunity to learn and be supported by senior clinicians within multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g. AHPRA/SPA)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Police Check and International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
  • Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Car insurance
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
