Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our customers, their families, and other health professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans to promote independence, participation, and well-being
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions in a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, homes, and community-based programs
  • Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes
  • Provide education and support to customers, their families, and other stakeholders to promote empowerment and self-advocacy
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practice guidelines

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Experience working with children, young people, and adults with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Current driver's license and willingness to drive within the region
  • WWCC and NDIS worker check
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
