Position Overview:

As the Mental Health Clinician, you will manage an adult caseload within our Community Mental Health team. This role involves a range of clinical duties, including:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Supporting patients in their recovery journey through empathetic and non-judgmental care
