About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a clinical lead role within a dynamic multidisciplinary paediatric clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity for any Paediatric Occupational Therapist's with 3-5 years experience who are looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and implement strengths-based therapy plans to support children, adolescents and their families to achieve their goals.
  • Provide supervision to junior Occupational Therapists.
  • Develop and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality paediatric services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • 3+ years of paediatric experience.
  • Private practice experience (desirable).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with children and adolescents.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a good work ethic and takes pride in work.
  • Ability to provide supervision to junior OTs.
  • Drive to utilize and develop leadership skills.
  • Current drivers licence and vehicle.
  • Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
