We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reserve Operations Officer to support the management of Hanging Rock Reserve. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reserve, and assist with park operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visitor Service: Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, ensuring a positive experience
  • Reserve Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reserve, including cleaning facilities and removing litter
  • Park Operations: Assist with park operations, including opening and closing the reserve, and conducting environmental conservation activities
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and incidents within the reserve, prioritizing visitor safety

Requirements:

  • A current driver's license is essential for this role
  • A current Level 2 First Aid certificate is required
  • Experience in visitor services, natural resource management, or horticultural maintenance is highly desirable

This is a casual position working on a roster that may include weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
