Job Summary:

We are seeking a Reservations Sales professional to lead our reservations sales team, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for soliciting and managing reservations sales-related opportunities, up-selling each business opportunity to maximize revenue potential, and delivering exceptional service throughout each customer experience.

About the Role:

  • Monitor performance to ensure all calls, internal/external, are answered promptly and in a friendly manner, adhering to established standards
  • Ensure timely inputting of all reservations, so that reservations on the books reflect a true picture of business currently held
  • Be fully conversant with hotel facilities and services, including room configurations, banqueting facilities, and operating times of all beverage and food venues
  • Conduct detailed arrival checks to ensure guest details, payment method, special requests, VIP arrangements, and amenities are accurate
  • Coordinate all aspects of department operation to deliver exceptional service to guests or internal customers, exceeding expectations and adhering to hotel standards and procedures
  • Manage rate availability and inventory in coordination with the Director of Revenue Management
  • Assist the Director of Revenue Management to configure systems, including HPP, Opera, MARSHA, and One Yield
