Job Title: Guest Transport Coordinator
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage guest arrivals and departures in a timely and accurate manner to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and external travel partners through proactive issue resolution and exceptional guest experiences.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to guarantee timely and accurate guest management.
- Tertiary Studies in Hotel Management or Business Degree for guest service expertise.
- Minimum 1-2 years' related management experience in the luxury hotel industry for proven track record.
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts for optimal service delivery.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for effective collaboration.
- Fluency in English for seamless guest interactions.
