Job Coach Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to fill a challenging Job Coach position in Fairfield regions.

As a Job Coach, you will work one-on-one with clients to provide support for a sustainable career. Your goal will be to guide our clients towards job-readiness and enable opportunities for employment once they are ready for work.

  • Encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment.
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients.
  • Reverse market clients to employers.
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes.
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or a client-facing role, with a minimum of one year's experience. They will also have demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges and be happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
