Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Specialist to join our vibrant customer centre in South Yarra. As the first point of contact for all inbound calls, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a superior level of service to customers
- Identify opportunities to enhance our customer experience through active promotion of our products and services
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
This is a key role in the support we provide to our customers, and a great opportunity to learn about banking and build the foundation for a long-term career. You'll be part of a customer-obsessed team that's passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of banking products and services. You'll also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.
