Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at VISY. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, contributing to sustainability initiatives, and growing career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee new work requirements, ensuring a smooth onboarding of new products and accurate information updates.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Design, and Suppliers to resolve issues with new product setups.
  • Daily coordination with Sales, Art Houses, and Production teams to organize new and existing tooling, art for new and existing product alterations.
  • Facilitate product changes initiated by the production and design teams, and tooling transfers within sites.
  • Provide daily updates to the Sales and Production team on progress of tooling.
  • Maintain accuracy of job card information.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with internal and external customers and possess exceptional communication skills.
  • Maintain an elevated level of accuracy in all activities and a strong team attitude.
  • Assist the team during peak periods or when team members are away, ensuring continuous coverage and maintaining high service standards.
  • Facilitate team projects.
  • Assist customer service team based on requirements.

Requirements:

  • Great communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn with on-the-job training.
  • Experience with Microsoft office.
  • Prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.
