Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our Cardiac Ablation Solutions team in Australia. As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Medtronic's Cardiac Ablation Solutions consumable and capital products across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at a clinical, procurement, and C-suite level.
  • Provide technical support and case support at Radiofrequency ablation, Cryoablation, electrophysiology, and 3D mapping/navigation procedures.
  • Formulate and execute annual and quarterly business plans that align with the Cardiac Ablation Solutions marketing/business plan.
  • Present the Cardiac Ablation Solutions vision and strategy to key customer stakeholders.
  • Log business plans, sales calls, scheduled procedures, opportunities, and forecast into Salesforce.com.
  • Ensure effective Consignment Inventory management.
  • Forecast sales and unit demand.
  • Support and facilitate Cardiac Ablation Solutions clinical strategy through supporting clinical protocols/inventory management initiatives associated with clinical studies.
  • Gather market intelligence on customer and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualifications.
  • Proficiency in consumable and capital sales.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of simple and complex diagnostic and ablation electrophysiology procedures.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems.
  • Valid driver's license required.
