  • Lead and scale Canonical's regional HR team, providing strategic guidance and direction
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including talent development, succession planning, and performance management
  • Design and implement HR processes and systems to support business growth and efficiency
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
Requirements
  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university
  • Proven experience in HR leadership, with a focus on regional or global HR operations
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
