A strong background in continuous improvement, learning consulting, and instructional design is required. The successful candidate will be able to build relationships with senior stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
- Acting as a trusted learning partner for Personal Banking, supporting learning, capability, and content proposition.
- Analysing, recommending, and implementing efficient ways of delivering learning.
- Uplifting colleague engagement through development of meaningful learning experiences.
- Maintaining strong engagement with Personal Banking teams to deliver and design learning initiatives aligned with their strategic priorities.
- Ensuring risk and compliance are adhered to as part of your day-to-day role.
