About the Role">

Our team is seeking a Learning Capability expert to join our Personal Banking Learning Team. As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of strategic learning pathways, coaching frameworks, and content governance.

Key Responsibilities">
  • Act as a trusted learning partner for the Personal Banking business, providing expertise on learning, capability, and content proposition.
  • Analyze and recommend efficient ways of delivering learning, including modality development.
  • Develop meaningful learning experiences that uplift colleague engagement.
  • Maintain strong engagement with Personal Banking teams to deliver and design learning initiatives aligned with their strategic priorities.
  • Ensure risk and compliance are adhered to as part of your day-to-day role.
Requirements">
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement functions, learning consulting, and instructional design.
  • Experience supporting large-scale capability and/or transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
