Personal Banking Learning Consultant

The role of a Personal Banking Learning Consultant is pivotal in driving the development of strategic learning pathways, coaching frameworks, and content governance within our organization.

As a trusted learning partner, you will be responsible for analyzing, recommending, and implementing more efficient ways of delivering learning, including learning modalities.

You will uplift Personal Banking colleague engagement through the creation of meaningful learning experiences that cater to their needs and expectations.

Maintaining strong relationships with Personal Banking teams is essential to deliver and design learning initiatives aligned with their strategic priorities.

Additionally, ensuring risk and compliance adherence is crucial in your day-to-day role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support large-scale capability and/or transformation projects
  • Develop strategic learning pathways and coaching frameworks
  • Implement more efficient learning modalities
  • Uplift Personal Banking colleague engagement
  • Ensure risk and compliance adherence
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement functions, learning consulting, and instructional design
  • Experience supporting large-scale capability and/or transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
