Learning Consultant - Personal Banking

We are seeking a skilled Learning Consultant to join our Personal Banking team. As a Learning Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and delivering learning initiatives that support the growth and development of our business.

  • You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their learning needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.
  • Developing and delivering training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective in transferring knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver content that is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives and making recommendations for improvement.
