Laser Clinics Group is seeking a Staffing Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving network growth and high-volume recruitment across Australia. This position will be instrumental in building and maintaining a pipeline of talent to support the company's future growth plans.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate all hiring requests and align sourcing strategies in franchise and corporate clinics.
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates and coordinate the offer process.
  • Develop a pipeline of talent using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Work closely with the field team to source staff for our network of clinics.
  • Screen applicant resumes and conduct phone screens as needed.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and shortlisted candidates, providing support where necessary.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with the offer process in consultation with the hiring manager.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment, either agency or internal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Experience using recruitment systems and job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Premium Talent Search, and Indeed.

  • A competitive salary range of AUD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
