We are seeking a strategic customer-centric professional to strengthen relationships with our growing client base. The ideal candidate will manage business-to-business travel technology clients ensuring their satisfaction retention and growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Foster trust-based relationships with clients to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expansion based on client needs and platform usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client projects from planning through execution ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Bid farewell to traditional sales methods and adopt a customer-centric approach to drive business success.
  • Continuously monitor and assess client satisfaction levels to improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success or B2B sales.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.
  • A strong candidate will possess excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a data-driven mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
