Insurance Claims Specialist

Manage end-to-end motor and liability claims with our team.
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Officer to join our business unit based at our global head office in Essendon Fields. As a key member of the team, you will play an instrumental role in managing the full lifecycle of insurance claims from lodgement to settlement. This includes sourcing claim recovery and providing expert advice to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Accurate and timely management of claims and other duties as required.
- Effective communication and coordination between stakeholders and third parties.
- Provision of expert insurance and claim advice to stakeholders and business partners.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 3 years' experience in motor vehicle claims, claim recoveries or the insurance industry.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP is highly regarded.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results orientated and able to work under pressure.
