About You
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial builds (ideally in resort, hospitality or community developments)
  • QBCC Open Builders Licence or equivalent qualification
  • In-depth understanding of commercial construction processes, schedules and regulations
  • Experience managing trades, suppliers and site crews
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic decision-maker with strong leadership qualities
  • Familiarity with construction management software (e.g. Onsite Companion or similar)
