With construction already started, we are seeking a Site Manager or Supervisor to begin in mid-August and oversee this residential and small commercial build.About the RoleAs a volume residential builder, QA Build delivers homes within 12–16 weeks — so experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments is essential.You'll manage:A site that has already started construction of its beautiful and luxuriously appointed VillasContractors, Labourers, and Plant OperatorsScheduling and coordination via Onsite CompanionYour goal: Ensure each contractor is ready, scheduled, and productive.
If you're managing the flow right, your trades should move seamlessly from one house to the next.What You'll NeedTrade qualification – preferably in carpentryQBCC Supervisor Licence – essentialProven background in production/volume residential construction (ESSENTIAL)Confident in using construction management softwareSolid understanding of OH&S requirementsStrong people leadership, planning, and communication skillsAbility to make quick, informed decisions and problem-solve on the goA valid Driver's LicenceHands-on, proactive, accountable — someone who leads from the frontWhy Join QA Build and GemLife?
