Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced site manager or supervisor to oversee the construction of luxury villas for a vibrant community.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in production/volume residential construction, with strong leadership and planning skills. They will be responsible for managing contractors, labourers, and plant operators, as well as scheduling and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a site that has already started construction of its beautiful and luxuriously appointed villas.
  • Oversee contractors, labourers, and plant operators.
  • Schedule and coordinate via Onsite Companion.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification - preferably in carpentry.
  • QBCC Supervisor Licence - essential.
  • Proven background in production/volume residential construction (essential).
  • Confident in using construction management software.
  • Solid understanding of OH&S requirements.
  • Strong people leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions and problem-solve on the go.
  • A valid Driver's Licence.
