Senior Commercial Resort Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Construction Manager to oversee the construction of high-end resort facilities at our new over-50s lifestyle resort in Rockhampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple commercial structures, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring the delivery of quality-built villas and communal features.
About the Role- Manage project delivery within timeframes, budget, and safety regulations
- Supervise day-to-day site activity and provide leadership to all trades
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure high standards of quality
- Maintain safety compliance and conduct regular site safety assessments
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial builds (ideally within resort, hospitality or community-style developments)
- QBCC Open Builders Licence (or relevant qualification)
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, timelines and compliance
- Proven experience managing trades, suppliers and site crews
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with construction software (e.g. Onsite Companion or similar)
