Commercial Site Manager Opportunity

GemLife is currently seeking a highly experienced and proactive Commercial Site Manager to oversee the construction of high-end resort facilities at our new over-50s lifestyle resort in Rockhampton.

  • Oversee the construction of multiple resort commercial structures, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Manage project delivery within established frameworks, budgets, and safety regulations to minimize risks.
  • Supervise day-to-day site activity and provide leadership to all trades involved in the construction process.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the residential site team to drive shared success and optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain safety compliance and conduct regular site safety assessments to prevent accidents and injuries.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of luxury living and vibrant communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects, including site management and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
