We are currently seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing software solutions, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and driving business growth through process improvements.


This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in project delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project planning, implementation, and execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Project Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including program managers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
  • Change Impact Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments of change impacts on data, system, and application functions.
  • Team Efficiency: Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of your project team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project delivery, with at least 5 years as a Delivery Lead using Agile methods.
  • Extensive experience in organizing and facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
