Chandler Macleod, a leading human resources solutions provider in Australia, has a proven track record of empowering individuals and companies.

We are partnering with a Federal Government client to engage an APS6 Project Coordinator on a contract basis for 11 months, with the potential for extension.

Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meeting arrangements, reports, and papers for governance and working groups, including steering committees and project boards.
  • Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, ensuring timely and accurate information for reporting, monitoring, and evaluation purposes.
  • Support project managers in monitoring steering committee actions, finance, budget management, decision registers, reporting, and records management.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in a similar project support role.
  • Coordinating meetings, committees, and working groups, with a focus on agenda production, minutes, and records management.
  • Strong written communication skills, demonstrated organization, and attention to detail.
  • Development and maintenance of stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products to an advanced level.

Desirable Requirements:
Show satisfactory completion of a criminal history check.
Provide evidence of identity.
Commit to working in the office at least three days a week.
