As the Implementation Project Manager, you'll take the lead in implementing a new Rostering, Timesheeting, and Payroll (RTP) system, ensuring its seamless integration into the organisation's operations.
This role is ideal for a seasoned project manager with experience in complex environments and a focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.Location: ACTKey Responsibilities:Deliver the integrated RTP platform on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standardsManage vendor performance, systems integration, data migration, UAT, and payroll cutoverEstablish governance frameworks and maintain documentation, reporting directly to senior leadershipDrive change management strategies to support high adoption and minimise disruption during transitionKey Criteria:8–10+ years' experience in project management, delivering HR, Payroll, or Workforce platformsProven leadership in complex implementations across healthcare, defence, or governmentStrong understanding of Oracle HCM/ERP integrations and workforce system compliancePMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certificationHow to Apply:Does this role sound perfect for you?
