About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Project Implementation Specialist.

This role will play a crucial part in the success of our NBN upgrade project. As a vital member, you will be responsible for managing systems and processes to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing forecasts and validating expenditures against budgets.
  • Maintain asset and equipment databases to optimize resource allocation.
  • Coordinate stock orders to meet construction schedules and ensure seamless material supply chains.
  • Monitor and reconcile material quantities to guarantee accurate records.
  • Prepare Practical Completion documents and upload them securely.
  • Create, manage, and distribute work tickets to facilitate efficient task management.
  • Assist in developing and tracking construction schedules to mitigate delays and optimize project timelines.

Requirements:

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in project accounting and/or administration with a strong background in data analysis.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with advanced skills in data manipulation and visualization.
  • You possess excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • You are self-motivated with a high level of personal drive and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
