Project Delivery Specialist

The Project Delivery Specialist is responsible for delivering technology solutions on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This role focuses on ensuring successful project delivery while managing cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role

As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will work under the direction of senior leadership and play a hands-on role in project execution. You will coordinate and lead complex deployments, manage client expectations, and drive delivery excellence. You will operate autonomously, while also collaborating closely with teams, engineers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables and ensure contractual obligations are met.Coordinate efforts across various teams, including engineering, product, and sales.Engage with various customer stakeholders, from technical teams to business owners and compliance managers.Lead design and implementation planning for technology solutions.Ensure the quality of all documentation deliverables.Monitor and manage contract tracking and billing.Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to both customers and leadership.Provide timely, clear communication across internal and external channels.

Requirements

You will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of modern technologies, including Python, Java, JavaScript, frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular, CI/CD pipelines, AWS infrastructure, familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.

Desirable Skills

Demonstrated skills in commercial project management, including contract management and SLA compliance, working knowledge of cloud-based platforms, experience in information security, biometrics, Public Key Infrastructure, BPMN and Business Process Modelling, Image Processing and Capture systems.
