Job Title: Brand Portfolio Manager

Our organisation is built on a foundation of unity and nourishment. We believe that food has the power to bring people together. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to and executing the short to medium-term direction of our Savoury Bites portfolio.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies, trade activations, sales training materials, and innovation plans to drive brand growth and deliver against performance targets.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Category, National MEU, and Customer Managers, to ensure successful delivery of marketing plans by account.
  • Lead the development of an innovative pipeline to ensure a continuous and successful Foodservice NPD pipeline fill.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of converting strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
  • Gain support from internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project execution and achievement of objectives.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of key drivers for the brand / category through financial knowledge of SKU's under their portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualifications in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Marketing, Trade Activation, or Product Management.
  • Prior NPD & project management experience is desirable but not mandatory.
