Job Title: Brand Portfolio Specialist

This role supports the development and execution of marketing strategies for a portfolio of specialty cheese brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Support annual budgeting, execute marketing strategies, and track brand performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with agencies for creative campaigns, lead shopper marketing and e-commerce initiatives, and manage sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Implement in-store and online activities, develop communication objectives, and drive channel strategies to reach target audiences.
  • Contribute to innovation strategies, lead new product development, and work with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Commerce or Marketing (tertiary/postgraduate).
  • 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, with a focus on brand management, new product development, and digital/social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with sales data software, passion for brands and consumer marketing, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
