Network Infrastructure Manager Job Opportunity

The Network Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing the construction of network infrastructure, including small cells and fiber optic cables.

This role requires experience with outside plant, inside plant cable, and Small Cell Network (SCN) construction on aerial, Utility Pole, and ground facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of construction, including vendor selection, on-site management, and coordination of subcontractors and customer representatives.
  • Representing the company as an expert on construction issues relating to collocation or DAS and Small Cell projects.
  • Oversight for DAS and Small Cell projects includes activities related to above and below-ground fiber installation, hub construction, node construction, and related utility make-ready.

Requirements:

A minimum 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience, one to three years of construction experience, direct telecommunications small cell construction experience, and supervisory contractor construction experience are preferred.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational/administrative skills, strong project management skills with attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills with high integrity, and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
