Job Title: Network Infrastructure Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of network infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and construction management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The job requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage network infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications and/or construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications outside plant construction techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
