Technical Director Role

This position requires a highly skilled IT professional to oversee the client's technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless performance and security across all platforms.

The Technical Director will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing helpdesk ticketing, incident management, and problem resolution.
  • Installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Exchange services and cloud solutions.
  • Managing WAN and LAN operations, ensuring compliance and connectivity.
  • Handling hardware and software inventory, procurement, and maintenance with effective cost management.
  • Implementing recovery and backup procedures to ensure data integrity.
  • Conducting IT security awareness training and monitoring its effectiveness.
  • Evaluating emerging technologies to enhance system efficiency and minimize vulnerabilities.
  • Managing telematics application infrastructure and assisting with office building security operations.
  • Providing technical support to staff, diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of relevant IT experience, with at least three years in a leadership role.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and project prioritization skills.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Email Messaging Systems, Network Infrastructure, and multi-location servers.
  • Experience with firewalls, email security, and data backup applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service mentality.
