IT Infrastructure Manager Position

This senior-level role oversees the client's IT infrastructure, driving growth and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a collaborative work environment by leading and mentoring a team of 4-5 IT professionals.
  • Ensure effective incident management through helpdesk ticketing system oversight.
  • Install, configure, and support Microsoft Exchange services, including Office 365 and Azure.
  • Manage WAN and LAN operations, adhering to industry best practices for compliance and connectivity.
  • Handle hardware and software inventory, including procurement and maintenance, with cost-effective strategies.
  • Routinely test recovery and backup procedures to ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct IT security awareness training and evaluate its effectiveness through testing campaigns.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance system efficiency and minimize vulnerabilities.
  • Provide technical support to staff, diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant IT experience, with at least three years in a leadership role.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and project prioritization skills.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Email Messaging Systems, Network Infrastructure, and multi-location servers.
  • Experience with firewalls, email security, and data backup applications.
