Learning and Development Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to support our leadership and capability learning activities across the firm. The successful candidate will administer our Learning Management System efficiently, serve as the primary contact for learning-related inquiries, and contribute to evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of training delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team in delivering Leadership and Capability program initiatives.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless learner experience.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for learning-related inquiries across the firm.
  • Develop insightful reporting dashboards and conduct trend analysis to inform future training programs.
  • Assist in coordinating programs and managing learning events to maximise participant engagement.
  • Contribute to assessing and evaluating the impact of training delivered.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a detail-oriented approach with strong organisational and prioritisation skills, along with proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Experience with Learning Management Systems and data analysis is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Adult Education, L&D, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
